FBI Agent Vincent Rossabi works with Annie on occasion. He and Annie have a tense relationship, due to her getting his asset killed, giving him bad information by accident, and for generally being a spy. He is currently being blackmailed by Henry Wilcox after swapping out the DNA results from Seth Newman.
