The Lourdes SIGINT Station is a Russian outpost 12 miles outside of Havana, Cuba. The facility used to be the KGB's largest listening station outside of Russia until it was closed it in 2001. Even though the station appeared to be dormant by satellite view Annie Walker discovered that the FSB had reactivated it using microchips that Simon Fisher had acquired. Using the stolen microchips the FSB could also alter the station into a cellular jamming station which could Disrupt cell signals, FAA communications, military command and control.
